This lavish home, furnished by one of Florida’s top interior designers, offers all that a luxury villa could. No expense has been spared to make sure that your stay here will be one you will always remember. This is truly a home away from home. Whether you want the theme parks, just a 10 minute drive, or golf, or maybe relax in your own private pool with hot tub and watch the magnificent sunsets over the panoramic views. This location offers peace and quiet as well as fun and excitement.

There are 4 bedrooms, 1 king size bed with huge en-suite, 1 queen size again with en-suite and 2 other bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each, sharing the luxurious family bathroom. Towels and hair dryers are provided in the bathrooms.

The open plan lounge is beautifully furnished with a Sony large screen television, a DVD/VCR player, a Playstation with games and a Sony stereo. All the bedrooms have been equipped with cable TV and the master and two twin bedrooms have VCR facilities as well. Although our home is fully air conditioned a 52” fan has been added in the living area for your extra comfort.

The pool area has a covered lanai, pool furniture includes sun loungers, footrests, patio table and chairs, pool towels and pool toys. The pool area is very secluded so privacy is maximized. A portable CD stereo has been provided for pool area use, so why not have some music while you swim or relax with an evening drink? The new games room has a pool table, air hockey and table football and not only has a ceiling fan but is air conditioned as well.

In the fully fitted and equipped kitchen you will find a full oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and an ice maker refrigerator. In the utility room there is a washer and a dryer. For our younger guests we have provided a high chair and a crib/playpen.

For everyone’s benefit this is a non-smoking villa and no pets are allowed. For added security our home is connected to an ADT Security System and there is an electronic safe. The porch light will automatically illuminate as you approach the door and should you wish to use it there is an external lock box for safe storage of the house key.

Renters have unlimited use of all amenities on Windsor Palms – gym, large swimming pool with baby pool and spa, cinema, tennis, basketball, pool tables, volleyball, picnic area, children’s play area, barbecue area and on-site shop.

Nearby activities include golf, mini golf, all theme parks, fishing, nature trips, bird watching, walking and shopping. Theatres, restaurants, museums, sightseeing, scuba diving, snorkeling, water skiing, wind surfing, parasailing, jet skiing, sailing, shelling etc.
